RICS Level 2 Survey Report
Also known as the Homebuyers Survey, this is the most popular survey type chosen in a property purchase. Suitable for most modern and conventional properties, generally not older than 80 years or so, and in a reasonable condition.
RICS Level 2 Survey Report and Valuation
All the benefits of a Level 2 Survey report but including a Market Valuation and Reinstatement Cost Assessment to ensure that you are not over paying for your buildings insurance and conversely to ensure you are adequately insured.
RICS Level 3 Survey Report
Also known as the Building Survey, a Level 3 Report is the most comprehensive option. Suitable for most properties, but recommended for older properties, larger properties, properties in need of renovation or those having been extensively extended or where extension is planned.
RICS Valuation Report
An RICS valuation is carried out by an independent and qualified RICS Registered Valuer.
